D365: Day 68
Nala is attached me, just as much as I am attached to her. With every step I take she's right by my side. In diabetes world, my number have been amazing--72 after I've had pasta. Unheard of! I'm starting to think I might be in the "honeymoon" phase of diabetes. Where my pancreas decides it wants to work for a bit... But I know all to well he hates working and will quickly go back to unemployment. Still, it's nice!
D365: Day 67
Nala is a cutie when she's sleeping. It was so windy outside on Friday that it made the perfect day for making/flying kites!

My fiancé has never EVER had long hair. He's famous for rockin the #1 buzz. I finally convinced him to grow it out (after almost 7 yrs of dating I might add) & we experimented with some pomade. Do you see ash ketchum? I DO!

Date night! Homemade chicken ad broccoli (thanks pinterest) with our new wine. It's a GREAT dry red for pretty cheap! Plus a sneak peak at my new haircut I got yesterday :)

We toured a winery in Bryan called Messina Hof. It was so fun & I really learned a lot :)

Pretty fly for a diabetic :) I normally have terrible numbers after dinner. Nothing better than feeling successful.

Oh pinterest, I'm very aware it is unusual for me to look at baby things.... But I'm about to have a baby nephew! I'm helping plan a baby shower, silly.

D365: Day 54
I went to my first farmers market, along with going to the farm patch. They had such a cute garden/plant section. It's reason 547 im so ready to be out of an apartment! I wanted to plant those flowers so badly. I also experienced my first 43 & I was absolutely positive I was going to die. And I'm currently icing my knee because of the beast mode workout I did today.

I walked in to my apartment after a long day with a surprise! I have the best fiancé! Each one says: 1. Enjoy beautiful flowers. 2. Enjoy delicious fuzzy's salad- sin tomato,onion,cilantro. 3. D365: Day 48
Happy Easter! I celebrated Easter with my family yesterday. Today I was with Ben's family. After church we went to a "Gospel Brunch" at the House of Blues in Dallas. I had a low as we were walking in the building, so I devoured their mac&cheese. Yum! The 3 hr drive back home turned to 4 due to rain & traffic. Back to the grind tomorrow!

Spent the day with my family. My niece, Harlee, is too cute for words! My brother also bought a puppy which Harlee named "cookie". And for the 2nd year in a row, ducks have used my grandmas backyard as a nest! 11eggs this year!

Today we drove from college station to Arlington. I tried taking pictures of a donkey we saw on the side of the rode, but failed. You see, this donkey had sunglasses. And a Mexican poncho. And a sombrero. So picture worthy... But the moving car did not produce a good picture. So instead, I leave you with this... Because it also made me laugh today :)
